Payment Options- I accept Paypal, credit card or bank deposit from Australian Customers and Paypal only for international orders .

Please select the Bank Deposit payment option if wishing to pay via bank deposit ( bank deposit option for Australian Residents only).

Packaging- I try where possible to recycle. Your parcel will be wrapped in bubble wrap or tissue paper and may be packaged in a cardboard box a postal satchel. I try to always include a little thank you gift with your order. I try to keep packaging costs to a minimum and only charge you what it costs me.

Postage- I am just one woman, it takes a while to crochet custom pieces. Please be patient and understand that your orders are all packed as soon as possible after purchasing but it may take up to two weeks for you order to make it to the post office.

I post to anywhere in Australia using Australian Regular post and also post my products outside Australia via regular/ standard international post. This means you will not have a tracking number for overseas orders and they can take anywhere from 10 days up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on where you are in the world.

Return policy- I take no responsibility for orders which are lost or damaged during transit. I do not accept returns on products which do not live up to your expectations. I do not refund or replace orders damaged during shipping. Please read the descriptions of each products to make sure you know what you are purchasing.
